These policies apply to this professional website, www.kristineseitz.com. Clinical services are provided through Moorestown Therapy Collective, LLC (MTC), which maintains separate clinical agreements, privacy notices, and practice policies.
Website Disclaimer
This website provides information about Kristine Seitz, LSW, MSW, M.Ed., her clinical areas of focus, professional writing, speaking, media work, and ways to inquire about services.
Kristine provides psychotherapy through Moorestown Therapy Collective (MTC). MTC manages clinical intake, scheduling, informed consent, billing, health records, and other practice operations. This is Kristine’s professional website, not MTC’s website or client portal.
Viewing this website, subscribing to the newsletter, sending an email, scheduling an introductory consultation, or submitting a contact form does not establish a therapist-client relationship. A clinical relationship begins only after MTC has accepted you for services and the required intake and informed-consent process has been completed.
Website content is provided for general educational and professional information. It is not individualized mental health advice, diagnosis, treatment, or a substitute for care from a qualified professional who understands your circumstances.
The website includes clinically oriented educational content about relationships, sexuality, sexual functioning, consent, and mental health. Some articles or pages may discuss these topics in direct language. When a specific page includes material that may reasonably be unexpected or sensitive, a brief content note may appear near the beginning of that page.
Do not use this website, ordinary email, the contact form, or an introductory consultation for emergencies or urgent clinical needs. These channels are not monitored continuously.
If you are in immediate danger or experiencing an emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department. In the United States, you may also call or text 988 for the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.
This website may link to MTC or other third-party websites. Those websites have their own content, privacy practices, and terms. Kristine does not control or guarantee third-party websites.
Clinical Policies
Clinical services are provided through Moorestown Therapy Collective. MTC’s clinical documents and policies govern your care, including its Notice of Privacy Practices, informed-consent documents, telehealth consent, fees, Good Faith Estimate process, cancellation and no-show terms, records practices, and client communication procedures.
You will receive the applicable documents from MTC during the inquiry and intake process. Current information may also be available through the following MTC link: Notice of Privacy Practices
This section is a summary of where clinical responsibilities are handled. It does not replace the documents provided by MTC. If this website differs from MTC’s current clinical documents, MTC’s documents govern.
For uninsured or self-pay care, federal law may entitle you to a Good Faith Estimate of expected charges. MTC is responsible for providing any required estimate for services delivered through its practice.
Kristine is licensed as a social worker in New Jersey. Clinical services are offered only where legally permitted and through MTC. Website availability does not mean that Kristine may provide therapy in every state or country.
Kristine does not discriminate in professional inquiries or referral practices on the basis of race, color, national origin, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, age, disability, marital or familial status, pregnancy, veteran status, or any other status protected by applicable law. Clinical accommodations, language assistance, and formal nondiscrimination obligations for services provided through MTC are governed by MTC’s policies and applicable law.
Good Faith Estimates
If you do not have health insurance or choose not to use insurance for your care, you may have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of the expected cost of services. Moorestown Therapy Collective provides any required Good Faith Estimate for clinical services delivered through its practice.
A Good Faith Estimate is not a bill. If the amount charged by a provider is at least $400 more than that provider’s estimate, you may be eligible to dispute the bill.
For more information about Good Faith Estimates and your rights under the No Surprises Act, visit the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services.
